Business Continuity and
Disaster Management

Earthquake, flood, storm, fire and many more. While organisations can manage many risks and threats, unfortunately, for natural or unnatural disasters, everyone is helpless.

Despite the economic, geographical, and cultural obstacles in the world, technology and human redundant systems are being designed by leading organisations today. In the foreground of these architecture, we generally see “the technology”. However, although “technology” is fuelled by hardware and software, we should not forget that there are elements such as food, hygiene, electricity, and the safety of family members that will “feed” the “human” who will use that technology, both literally and figuratively.

As DuneMount, we offer an approach that is completely independent of traditional continuity and disaster understanding. We offer a special training content that highlights exactly what organisations need to consider in terms of the examples and lessons learned, and in the last part, we evaluate the challenges that the participants have faced so far.

Training Content:

  • Innovative Continuity and Disaster Approach
  • Continuity and Disaster Relationship
  • Pre and Post Disaster Assessment Areas
  • Use Cases – Bad and Good Practices
  • Last Session: Brainstorming

Training Duration: 4 hours

*Training content can be specially prepared according to organisations’ needs.
